Be Gentle Be Kind Blend

$20.00

This is the first blend I created as an amateur herbalist. Conjured in 2020 during the first quarantine, I intended to create an antidote to a situation when the mind was high anxiety but the body had to be more still and sedentary than usual. I came up with a unique mixture of st. johns wort, rose, holy basil, milky oats, and elderflower. A very limited edition of these were created with wild harvested st. johns wort and elderflower from the high desert in central Oregon. Generally, this can be taken when you are transitioning into relaxation mode, such as before meditation or after a long, stressful day of work.

The artwork for this blend is from an original watercolor painting made by me. The mandala contains within the flowers included in this blend. The painting is solarized using computer programs, then incorporated into the bottle's label design.

Directions for use: 1-3 droppers directly on the tongue or in a small glass of water. I believe the tincture is more effective if you take time to smell and taste the tincture. Plants love ritual, so lighting some incense, and setting an intention to relax before ingesting increases the potency.
